Utah: South Face, Mt. Superior

Utah is well known for some of the best skiing and riding on planet Earth, due in large part to the incredibly light, dry snow it receives in copious amounts each winter season. While the whole state is riddled with top-notch mountains that almost look as though they were made for skiers and riders, the Wasatch Range, and specifically Little Cottonwood Canyon wins the prize for the most alluring ski terrain. Alta and Snowbird hold it down as two of the top inbounds ski destinations in the country, but all it takes is one look across the street for Mt. Superior to leave an ever lasting impression on the backcountry snowslider.
